Telstra Smarter Business

Telstra Smarter Business is Telstra’s content/editorial hub which focuses on converting through a soft sell approach. My role was to review interaction data to gain a better understanding of how people are using Smarter  Business™  and use that understanding to develop an A/B testing plan.  As the primary UX designer on the Telstra account I was also heavily involved in the integration os SMB with T.com which involved a content audit and integration recommendations.

 
 










Telstra Smarter Business into T.com Integration

Telstra smarter business and T.com were integrated to help increase traffic between TSB and T.Com platforms. This allowed cross pollination between the platforms in a cyclic nature for user’s converting in sales and leads. An additional advantage for Telstra Smarter Business was that it was able to leverage the larger audience base of T.com to capture data upon subscription and increase engagement on TSB.

Telstra User Content Generator


The user journey follows content maker’s as they use an online system to upload videos specific to a script which Telstra have provided and are looking to source content for.


Local area managers (LAM) would then filter the content making sure it was appropriate and ensure consent, terms and conditions are met allowing them to use the footage in campaign material.
